Configuring Daylite for Sales

This 1 hour session will introduce you to using Daylite for sales, and how to use the opportunities and pipeline functions to maximise your selling potential. Areas covered in the training will include creating follow-up tasks and calls; configuring categories and keywords for sales; and reporting sales data using the LgoKnowledge ‘sales funnel report’.
